Her Majesty Queen Noor of Jordan is a Founding Leader of Global Zero, and one of the many world leaders who have signed the Global Zero declaration.
Queen Noor is an international humanitarian activist and an outspoken advocate for peace and justice. Born Lisa Najeeb Halaby to an Arab-American family, she married His Majesty King Hussein bin Talal of Jordan in 1978. Today she promotes greater understanding of Arab and Muslim culture and politics and works to alleviate conflict and poverty.
